At Pé N'Areia in Cabo Frio, the staff were kind, but some seemed confused. The room's jacuzzi was a great touch for photos, despite not working. The 24-hour reception provided a sense of security in the peaceful neighborhood, though a bit remote without a car. Avoid December and January due to heavy Brazilian tourist presence.
